Kadal - Honest appeal to Mani Ratnam

It's been a long time since I wanted to write something, but watching this movie Kadal did trigger this writing instinct in me for all the wrong reasons.

What are you doing, Mr. Ratnam? I'm really confused on how you expect to hype really sub-standard movies in such a way that people start to believe that it's because of their incompetence that they are not able to comprehend the subject.

The reality behind the movie is that everyone has done their part really well, the hero especially, along with Arjun and Arvind Swamy, but seriously the movie was not up to standards. The first half was atleast watchable, the second half was really not even close to passable!

The 15 year old girl, on the other hand definitely needs more acting lessons. She is not a natural and is clearly being artificial in the movie. There were times when everyone were just booing the film. I did watch the movie at Albert theater, but the movie deserved to run in just that theater.

Liverpool - We still trust you YNWA!!

Well, it's three games into the English Premier league and Liverpool are off to one of their worst ever starts in a long time, with 1 draw and two losses. We were all buzzing around with optimism at the start of the season but somehow three matches down, we look like we are in a bottomless pit of despair. Come on, we trusted BR, why should anything change now? Agreed that we didn't do well on the transfer deadline day, but I guess we should look at the positives that our youngsters like Raheem Sterling are going to get more chances and we are going to be one of the more sustainable teams in the PL.

Appealing to the Kop to keep their trust!! YNWA!!

Andy Carroll to West Ham

Andy Carroll has completed a medical and is set to move on a season long loan to West Ham.

Brendan Rodgers is keen to offload players whom he thinks won't fit into his plans and to get new signings before Friday deadline. Looks like he has 2-3 targets in mind, a couple materialising would mean good for Liverpool!
